It all started in the cosy, bustling kitchen of Mama Tani, a quaint restaurant in our local community’s heart. As the owner, I poured my heart and soul into this establishment, drawing on family recipes passed down through generations and infusing them with modern twists. Running Mama Tani was a labour of love, but it wasn’t without its challenges. My team grappled daily with the intricacies of managing inventory, ensuring the seamless operation of our point-of-sale (POS) systems, and navigating the complexities of order management. It was a delicate dance, balancing the books while striving to provide the best possible experience for our customers.

 

Moreover, the hurdles extended beyond the confines of our kitchen.
